Mind & Body Yoga

This small group class explores tools of yoga, including pranayama (breath work), asana (physical poses) and dhyana (meditation) for a practice designed to make you feel balance and ease in the mind and body. Release physical tension and calm the mind to feel strong and resourced both on and off the yoga mat.

No previous yoga experience required, beginners welcome!

Sunday Stress Relief

9/14, 10/19, 11/30, 12/21

 

Feel stress melt away as you are guided through breathwork and movement designed to release tension from the body and calm the mind. Offered once per month, this gentle practice is similar to our weekly Mind and Body Yoga offerings,  but uses extra props,  low lighting, slower movement and longer holds for a feel good restorative class to conclude your weekend with a light, peaceful energy. Beginners are welcome- come as you are, which is more than enough.
